BonusFlow is hosted in the European Union and built GDPR-first. Your mail, contacts, files and backups don't leave the EU, so staying compliant is the default, not a project.
All production systems run on infrastructure located in the European Union. Your workspace data, emails, contacts, documents, tickets and projects, is stored and processed in the EU.
Keeping your data in the EU keeps it under EU data-protection law. You avoid the complications and paperwork that come with sending personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Every connection to BonusFlow is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Backups are encrypted before they're stored and kept on separate EU infrastructure, so a copy of your data is never sitting in the open.
We don't move your content outside the European Economic Area to run the service. Where a specialist provider is involved, for example payment processing or email delivery, we use providers that meet EU data-protection requirements. Access to live systems is limited to the people who operate the platform, for support and maintenance only, under confidentiality. Mailboxes you mark confidential are excluded from AI processing entirely.
