No. You start, set up and invite your team first. You choose a plan in Settings, Billing when you want the workspace to go live for real work.

Yes. Business and Scale include a free setup session, and migration from your old tools is free. Book it from the Help menu in the app or from the footer of this site.
Settings, Modules. Each module is a switch. On appears in the menu within seconds; off disappears from the menu and from your bill at the next invoice. Your data stays.

Modules built for one type of business, such as container planning or vehicles and repair jobs. They are switched on for you when you pick that industry at signup, at no separate price. Ask us from Help if you want one added later.

Settings, People, Invite. Enter their email and pick a role: Owner, Director or Member. They receive a link and are in within a minute.
Roles decide. Members see the work assigned to them and shared mailboxes they are added to. Directors see everything in the workspace. Owners also manage billing and modules.
Yes. Open app.bonusflow.eu on your phone and choose Install on phone from the menu. It works like an app, with notifications.
Settings, Mailboxes, Add. Microsoft 365 and Google connect with one login; other providers with IMAP and SMTP details. Shared mailboxes become team inboxes.
Website module: either build your site in BonusFlow, or paste the form snippet into your existing site. Every enquiry becomes a lead with the sender's details.
Yes. Use the enquiry form snippet on your existing site. Only the leads move into BonusFlow.
One flat price per business, never per seat: Core EUR 69, Business EUR 149 or Scale EUR 299 a month. Extra people above the plan limit are EUR 6 each. Modules you switch on are flat monthly add-ons; several are included in Business and Scale.
Any month. Annual billing gives two months free. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
Yes, at any time: contacts, tickets, projects and mail as evidence-grade .eml. On request we erase everything.
