This page explains what personal data BonusFlow handles, why, and the rights you have over it. We've written it in plain language.

BonusFlow is operated by BonusGroup LTD, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For the data you put into BonusFlow about your own customers and contacts, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor. For your own account and billing details, we are the controller. Questions: privacy@bonusflow.eu.
To provide and maintain the service, to keep it secure and prevent abuse, to support you, to bill you, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we don't use your content to advertise to you.

We use a small number of carefully chosen providers to deliver parts of the service, hosting, email delivery, payment processing and optional AI features. They process data only on our instructions under data-processing terms. We keep an up-to-date list available on request at privacy@bonusflow.eu.
When you choose to use AI features, your content is processed only to deliver that feature. Mailboxes you mark confidential are excluded from AI processing.
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these, email privacy@bonusflow.eu. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), or your own local authority.
Our marketing site uses minimal browser storage, for example, remembering your language choice. We don't use advertising trackers.
If we make material changes we'll post them here and update the date at the top of this page.
